An exuberant program of well-known and rare works by Czech composers. The program includes Bedrich Smetana’s Quartet #1, “From my Life,” his musical autobiography and Hans Krasa’s Theme and Variations for string quartet, which conjures up sounds of Jazz and the second Viennese School.
