Unison to hold its Craft Art & Design Fair fundraiser December 10-11

Unison Arts will hold its 31st annual Craft Art & Design Fair fundraiser on Saturday and Sunday, December 10 and 11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Unison Arts at 68 Mountain Rest Road in New Paltz.

Unison is able to host its first in-person event since 2019, returning to its community space for an intimate weekend of holiday shopping and good cheer to celebrate and support local artisans. A group of 14 artists will participate in person this year in the gallery with their craft and fine art set-ups.

There will also be a “hybrid-experience-space” with crafters and artisans participating in a hybrid online fashion show and a raffle. And instead of an entry fee, Unison is accepting suggested donations at the door to support the 2023 Unison Arts Academy initiatives to add more after-school classes and summer camps at a time where arts education is ever harder to access at the public school level.
