The Historical Society of Woodstock to present benefit concert April 8

The Historical Society of Woodstock will present a benefit concert with performances by noted local musicians The Marc Black Band and Sabrina and the Gems with Rennie Cantine on April 8, 7 p.m. at the Mescal Hornbeck Community Center, located at 56 Rock City Road in Woodstock. The Marc Black Band features the vocals of Amy Fradon, Eric Parker on drums and Mike Esposito on bass.
Sabrina and the Gems have been rocking the Hudson Valley with their distinctive psychedelic funk/rock for the last seven years. Sabrina Miller adds her poetry and original songs to Rennie Cantine’s soaring guitar licks.
Admission is $20 at the door or $18 in advance at www.historicalsocietyofwoodstock.org.
