SoundWaves Concert Series: The Musical World of Sxip Shirey

The series aims to promote artistic and cultural expressions that transcend traditional boundaries and strengthen and build community in the Hudson Valley through genre-defying music for curious listeners. Sxip Shirey tests the edge of music using his vast imagination to create playful and mischievous songs using familiar objects, mutant instruments and reconfigured sounds.
