Snowshoe stream walk February 4

Are you interested in a guided, educational walk through a Catskill Mountain winter wonderland? Join the Ashokan Watershed Stream Management Program (AWSMP) on Saturday, February 4 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for its annual snowshoe stream walk.
This event is designed for people of all ability levels and families are welcome. Participants will meet at the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation parking lot for the Rochester Hollow Trail at the end of Matyas Road in Big Indian. On this walk participants will explore a mountain stream with experienced environmental educators, investigate signs of local wildlife and discover the importance of protecting our water resources.
