Red Hook at Home: Art Cards

Our daily lives have been turned upside down. Why not try something creative with the supplies you have at home? Did you know that artists often make their own trading cards? They can be simple or complex. The only “rule” is they all have a finished size of 3.5″ by 2.5″. It’s tiny art that anyone can try and it’s relaxing. Red Hook Public Library staff is making some and we hope you will too. Submit pictures of your work for a virtual art show by emailing them to amy@redhooklibrary.org or share them online using the hashtags #redhookathome #redhookpubliclibrary #quarantineart. When the library can be open again, we’ll get everyone’s cards together for a show.
