Notice of special meeting in New Paltz

The Design Review Board & Historic Preservation Commission of the Village of New Paltz will hold a special meeting on Monday, August 15 at 7 p.m. to consider an application for certificate of appropriateness from Razan and David Sadeq-Keyes to demolish and replace a shed on their property, located at 118 Huguenot Street in the Village of New Paltz. Personnel matters and other business will also be addressed.
The meeting will take place remotely via Zoom under Governor Hochel’s Executive Order 11. Interested parties may use the meeting link posted on the Village of New Paltz’s home page (https://villageofnewpaltz.org) or view the livestreamed meeting on the Village’s YouTube channel, where a recording will subsequently be made available. Should the Governor’s order expire prior to August 15, the in-person meeting location will be posted on the Village’s home page.
