New Paltz/Gardiner Senior Citizens Club to meet February 8

The New Paltz/Gardiner Senior Citizens Club will meet on Wednesday, February 8, 1:30 p.m., at the New Paltz Community Center, Veterans Drive off Route 32 north.
Josephine Quiochl, a nutritionist from Cornell Cooperative Extension, will discuss healthy food choices and how to incorporate a simple exercise into our busy schedules.
Barbara Terpening of Modena Methodist Church will introduce club members to a fairly new day program on Fridays for early onset Alzheimer persons and their caregivers. Activities and information for seniors sitting at home in need of socialization will be discussed.
