Monster used book and media sale at SUNY New Paltz

The Friends of the Sojourner Truth Library at SUNY New Paltz will sponsor another “Monster” used book and media sale on Wednesday, April 19 inside the Sojourner Truth Library on the SUNY campus (1 Hawk Drive in New Paltz). Doors open at 9 a.m. The sale continues until 7 p.m. that day, with all unsold stock available inside the Library from April 20-25.
The widely anticipated charity sale features over 5,000 books, CDs, DVDs, LPs and other media items, organized by subject. “This is probably the best stock we have ever had,” promises Friends steering committee chair Thomas Olsen. “Art, art history, biography, fiction, cooking and health-fitness, DIY, gender and sexuality, history, military history, literary and cultural criticism, mind-body-spirit and photography are among the strongest areas this spring, but there is literally something for everyone, and always at truly great prices.”
Most items are $1 or $2, and pocket paperbacks, children’s titles and all media (CDs, DVDs, LPs) priced at three for $1. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.
