Joyful Noise Music Night at Reformed Church of New Paltz
December 8, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The Reformed Church of New Paltz will present its third Joyful Noise Music Night on Thursday, December 8. Children are invited to join Anneke Eppley and Joseph Eriole on the second Thursday of each month for a free joyful evening of singing and music-making in the children’s room, located in the education building, across the street from the church at 92 Huguenot Street in New Paltz.
Pre-K to 12th grade students will learn traditional and contemporary hymns, old gospel songs, call-and-response songs and songs from all around the world — as well as music from all cultural and spiritual traditions.
Pre-K to 5th grade students will attend with Anneke Eppley from 5 to 6 p.m.; followed by a communal meal for all ages from 6 to 7 p.m.
6th to 12th grade students will join for the communal meal from 6 to 7 p.m., followed by music making with Joe Eriole from 7 to 8 p.m.
The communal meal will be potluck style; a main dish will be provided. Please bring a dish to share. Parents are welcome to attend or drop-off.
