October 27, 2022 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Gardiner Library hosts a virtual talk: Smart Yet Struggling: Why some bright children have difficulty learning to read or spell on Thursday, October 27 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Join literacy specialist Jenn Torborg as she talks about her own children’s struggles in learning to read and spell and what she has done to help them at home. You will come away with some fun and engaging ideas to help your struggling readers and spellers at home, and you will get some helpful insight in advocating for your child’s needs, whether homeschooled or in public school.
Registration is requested at www.gardinerlibrary.org. For more information, please check out Torborg’s website at https://www.theliteracycompass.com/. For more information, call 845-255-1255.
