Community Reiki at Gardiner Library

An event every month that begins at 12:00 pm on day First of the month, repeating until June 4, 2023
Members of Hudson Valley Community Reiki will offer adults a 20-minute individual Reiki session on a first-come, first-served basis. Reiki is both the energy of the universe and the Japanese system of sharing this energy with others. Recipients sit in a chair or lie on a comfortable table, clothed, while the practitioner lightly places hands on or above the recipient. The effect is of peace and deep rest for the recipient.
These sessions are COVID-compliant. For more information, visit www.gardinerlibrary.org. The Library is located at 133 Farmers’ Turnpike.
